My name is Jenni. I'm a student and I'm fourth year in the University of Turku. I study cultural studies and my main subject is comparative religion. So that pretty much makes me interested in all kinds of cultural stuff. In my spare time I like to do aerobics, go to the movies or just spend time with my friends. I also like to travel and, generally, I'm interested in tourism as a phenomenom. Actually, I'm working on my Master's Thesis. The the topic is "religiously motivated tourism". My last trip was not religiously motivated at all - I headed to Manchester. On my trip I even went to see a football match at the Old Trafford. That was quite an achievement for a girl, who didn't know much about football. But on every trip one will learn new things, acquire new experiences and meet new people. I think those are mostly the reasons why I like to travel. |

I just love to visit in different kinds of places and in those pictures on the left you can see me in some interesting places. I just need to say that it was so much easier to walk on the Champs Elysée than to reach the top of the Pyrenees. But on the top of the mountain called Los Infiernos the feeling was great. After six hours of hiking and climbing I really had achieved one real summit in my life. |
